Fluorescence Microscope
The Zeiss Axiovert 200M with the Apotome Structured Illumination Optical Sectioning System (Principle references 1 and 2), motorized stage, MRc 5 color camera, MRM high resolution b&w camera, Cascade 512b high sensitivity camera with on-chip multiplication gain, Standard, FRET and Sutter excitation and emission filter wheels and a live cell imaging chamber with CO2 with temperature controls and perfusion system. A laser diode illumination system is also available in addition to the standard Xcite illuminator.
There is now a Near and Far Red laser light source (685 and 780 nm diode lasers) connected with this microscope with appropriate sets.
